What frames are these?

I was doing my sports cycling  eyewear geek thing last night. Watching the Tour Series of citerium races from around the UK but secretly looking at the eyewear as much as the cycling.

The Aberystwyth leg of the series featured some pretty nasty crashes but also the, only recently retired, pro cyclist Malcolm Elliott in some natty looking sunglasses. 

The lads in the Optician office thought it looked like Carrera but couldn't place the colourway.
