British luxury eyewear designer Cutler and Gross has announced its third collaboration with director Matthew Vaughn for the upcoming release of The King’s Man, the prequel to the blockbuster Kingsman franchise.

The new Kingsman eyewear collection has been featured in the film and consisted of six designs influenced by the film’s plotline and setting. With The King’s Man set during the run-up to the First World War, the luxury brand has embraced traditional aviators and classic colourways.

The release date for The King’s Man has been set for December 22 and stars Ralph Fiennes, Gemma Arterton, Tom Hollander and Charles Dance, among others.

Cutler and Gross said this eyewear collection followed previous collaborations with Vaughn for Kingsman: The Secret Service and Kingsman: The Golden Circle in 2015 and 2017 respectively. The brand added its team would continue to work closely with the Kingsman brand to create classically styled frames in its atelier in the Italian dolomites.
