What additional tests might you recommend?

The patient is fit and well, and visually asymptomatic, has bilaterally elevated nerve heads and anomalous arterial branching. Therefore it is important to include or eliminate optic nerve head drusen from the differential diagnosis. Optic nerve head drusen will brightly autofluoresce, so blue autofluorescence imaging should be considered.
