Handling enquiries about contact lenses effectively requires knowledge as well as questioning and listening skills. What to a potential patient can seem a very straightforward question, ‘How much are your contact lenses?’, is in reality one that requires a great deal of information about the patient concerned if an accurate answer and quotation is to be supplied.
