If everybody in an organisation changes one small detail of how they work, it can make a massive difference to a business. What's more, they won't need moral support groups to achieve it. It's more a matter of developing a new and better habit.

Let's start with building sales. Optical practitioners may feel that there is little they can do to drive sales - they're dependent on people's vision requiring correction. Practices can advertise locally and then hope to get more than their fair share of patients. But you can do more.
