92-year-old committed to CLs

Johnson & Johnson Vision Care has looked to dispel some of the myths surrounding contact lens wear in older adults by highlighting the experiences of 92-year-old Ursula Buckley (pictured) who has been a contact lens patient for over two decades.

Buckley was fitted with mono correction lenses in 1991, after a recommendation by her optician, Paul Gill (also pictured). She has since been upgraded to 1 Day Acuvue Trueye from Johnson & Johnson. 'Ursula wanted comfort, convenience and an increase in her quality of life she was the perfect candidate for daily disposable contact lenses,' said Gill.
