AMO accused of failure to publicise recall

A US law firm representing 10 clients who have filed personal injury cases against Advanced Medical Optics over the recalled Complete MoisturePlus contact lens solution has attacked the company for not taking adequate steps to publicise the recall.

A US law firm representing 10 clients who have filed personal injury cases against Advanced Medical Optics over the recalled Complete MoisturePlus contact lens solution has attacked the company for not taking adequate steps to publicise the recall.

The claim is made by law firm Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein in a statement confirming that it had filed a personal injury lawsuit against AMO on behalf of 10 patients in a state court in Los Angeles.
