AMO extends lens powers

Advanced Medical Optics has extended the power range of its Complete Aquavision soft contact lenses to -10.00.

The monthly lens is made from GMAqua, 'an ultra-hydrating copolymer which has up to five times the water-binding capacity of a standard HEMA lens,' said AMO.

Lenses can be purchased in boxes of six or as part of a six-monthly replacement scheme with Complete MoisturePlus  solution.  The new power lenses will be available from August.
