BBR to improve access at St Owen Street practice

BBR Optometry has been granted planning permission for changes to the ground floor of its premises to improve access for patients with limited mobility.

Its two townhouses on St Owen Street, Hereford, have been home to BBR for more than 30 years, where the independent will move its current reception location to create a pre-screening room.

Practice manager Daniel Read said: ‘As well as providing additional space for patients who find our stairs a little difficult, the new layout is designed to improve the flow of the practice for all of our customers.’
