Proposals for clinical workshops are being sought by the British Contact Lens Association (BCLA) for presentation at its 2011 Clinical Conference to be held in Manchester from May 26-29.

For each 90-minute workshop, presenters will receive a £100 voucher towards the cost of their conference attendance. Submissions should state the purpose of the workshop, the clinical content, the workshop format and four course objectives. The BCLA also requires that all workshops have a 'hands-on practical approach' and allow delegates the opportunity to learn new clinical skills. Any topic related to contact lenses or the anterior eye will be considered.

Proposals should be submitted online by September 24 2010 for consideration by the conference committee. Visit www.bcla.org.uk for more details and to submit a proposal or telephone 020 7580 6661.
