Boots Opticians has opened its 500th practice. The Colchester branch is the latest part of its programme to rebrand Dollond & Aitchison outlets following a merger in 2009. The companies are also moving to a single supply chain, There are almost 700 practices across the chain, including some still branded as Dollond & Aitchison.
