Campaign targets soft lens wearers

Bausch & Lomb's all-in-one contact lens solution, ReNu MultiPlus, is featured in a current TV test advertising campaign.

The trial advertisement will be running throughout September in the Meridian area - a region which was chosen for its high concentration of contact lens wearers. Coastal towns such as Southampton, Portsmouth, and Brighton, as well as Reading, Newbury, Maidstone and Guildford will see the campaign. The 30-second commercial focuses on the benefits of solutions and good eye health, and is a brand awareness exercise for Bausch & Lomb. The campaign forms part of the company's national consumer promotion which has targeted soft contact lens wearers. Promotions include enabling patients to buy the solution at half the recommended price. The company plans to roll out the campaign nationally once results from the test have been analysed.
