Chrome-X helps in selling more natural coloured lenses

'Images' are monthly replacement cosmetic lenses which are the coloured version of a widely-fitted cast moulded lens, with 55 per cent water content. The company says its range of seven 'natural' colours, from light blue to grey, will change even the darkest eyes because the traditional dot-matrix effect has been replaced by 'life-like striations', a realistic iris patterning. Chrome-X claims that if practitioners use its Colour Selection Palette, the process can become even easier. The Palette can be used by any staff member to help patients choose a lens, and this allows the fitter to see other patients. The demonstration lenses are used on the Palette and not the eye, so they can be re-used and there is no risk of infection.
