Practitioners attending the College of Optometrists Optometry Tomorrow Conference in Newcastle will be able to earn up to 16 CET points over the two-day lecture and workshop programme.
The College advises delegates to book early for the event at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead Hotel from March 11-12, which features lectures by leading academics, interactive, hands-on clinical workshops, seminars and smaller, more interactive lecture-style sessions.
Delegates will also receive a 'virtual lecture programme' in DVD format, with presentations by Dr Maggie Woodhouse and Keith Bates there is one CET point for successful completion of the accompanying MCQs for each lecture. Professors Chris Hammond and David Henson will consider whether visual field testing should be performed routinely on everybody over the age of 40.
