
National Eye Health Week 2020 will take place on September 21-27 and will focus on what patients can do to look after their eyes and prevent avoidable sight loss.
Organiser Eye Health UK shared that last year’s campaign received support from over 3,000 organisations, including NHS England and the Department of Health and Social Care.
David Cartwright, chair of Eye Health UK, said: ‘We hope to encourage everyone with an interest in vision and eye health to come together this September to promote engaging eye health messages and create a public health campaign that has a positive and tangible impact on the nation’s eye health.’
