Entries for this year's Optician Awards close next week (January 31), but there is still time to get your entry in.
For the first time Optician is inviting entrants to the Awards to make their submission using a dedicated website www.opticianonline.net/awards2008.
All that is required for the first round of judging is a simple description of why you think you, or your practice, should win an Optician Award. A first round of judging will then select a shortlist and only those people and practices on the shortlist will be required to supply additional information.
Optician hosts its Awards each year to recognise and reward excellence within eye care and we urge all of our readers to make an entry and share with the profession their experience.
This year's presentation will be made at the London Hilton, Park Lane on April 19 at a gala black tie dinner and night of entertainment.
