National Eye Health Week (June 13-19) has launched a online facility enabling organisations to sign up as a 'Friend' to raise awareness of eye health and the importance of regular sight tests.

Giles Smith, partner at Haine & Smith, said: 'We are proud to be involved in National Eye Health Week and see it as a real opportunity for us to cost effectively market our services at a time when eye health and sight tests will be high on the public agenda. For a sector awareness week to work, everyone has to contribute, and in doing so, everyone can benefit.'
