Staff at optical wholesaler Three-Sixty raise money for children’s hospice

Staff at optical wholesaler Three-Sixty had their eyes firmly fixed on cake last week as part of a charity coffee morning in aid of the Hope House Children’s Hospice which covers Mid and North Wales and Shropshire.

The hospice is celebrating its 21st anniversary and is urging people to use the hashtag #eatcakeforchildren as part of its fundraising campaign.

Three-Sixty staff based at Newtown, Powys, dutifully accepted the challenge and baked and brought cakes in for a coffee morning with neighbouring businesses, colleagues, friends and family invited to help raise money.

‘It was a tough job, but someone had to do it,’ said Peter Simpson, general manager at Three-Sixty. ‘It was a great opportunity to raise money for a local hospice and we’d like thank everyone who helped.’
