Hakim Group rolls out Optix software

Installation of Optix practice management software (PMS) has begun throughout the Hakim Optical Group.

The group said continued expansion meant that it needed an enterprise practice management solution which delivered maximum efficiency. It added that acquisitions of businesses meant that many different types of PMS were being inherited and hindered the company’s growth strategy.

‘Optix Software is a well-thought-out system and has been built with commercial, marketing and clinical aspects all in mind, and there is continual ongoing development which means you’re always going to stay ahead of the curve,’ said group owner and OO Imran Hakim.
