Long service prizes handed out

Two Specsavers optical advisers have been rewarded with prizes for long service to their practices in Surrey.

Patricia Webb, who has worked at Redhill and Reigate practices, received an iPad 2 for her 10th anniversary, while Shamila Mahmood, from the Redhill store, took an all-expenses-paid long weekend in Paris to mark her five years of service.

Webb said: 'I have always enjoyed my work knowing that I am helping people in their everyday lives. I couldn't believe it when I was presented with my iPad, it was totally unexpected. I didn't expect to receive a gift for doing my job.'
