News Charity

A mini series of podcasts from the Macular Society are launching this month to help people living with sight loss access benefits and financial support.

The charity’s Bitesize Benefits mini series, part of its My Macular and Me podcast, will focus on the benefits available and the process to make a claim.

Kickstarting on January 18, the first three episodes will focus on Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and new episodes will be rolled out over the coming months.

Macular Society interim director of services Emma Malcolm will co-host the Bitesize Benefits series with Colin Daniels, the charity's working age and young people’s service manager.
