Marcolin has introduced a capsule collection of five sun and four optical models by Roberto Cavalli which feature the designer's snake motif.
The snake emblem expresses the spirit of the Florentine designer of an imaginary, sophisticated and exclusive world, said Marcolin. Within the collection the emblem coils itself around the temples of a range of acetate and mixed acetate and metal pieces along with crystals and a wide choice of colour.
The sunwear features wide acetate frames in luxurious colours. The contorted snake emblem is used to form the temples in metal on some model while other adorn acectate termples with the writhing snake emblem. Crystal decoration is used throughout. In the sunwear eye shapes are large with cat eye and large ovals predominating.
