The optometrist who with his receptionist has been accused of murdering his wife made a second court appearance last week.
Earlier this month optician reported that 36-year-old Leicester-based optometrist Narendra Tailor and his 33-year-old receptionist Manjinder Binning have been charged with the murder of Sheila Tailor.
The body of the mother-of-two was discovered in the back seat of her car in the Highfields area of Leicester on January 10. The two colleagues are charged with the murder of Mrs Tailor, 34, some time between December 7 and 12 last year.
As optician reported (News January 21), the defendants made a January 14 court appearance. On January 20 they appeared at Leicester Crown Court. Neither entered pleas and no applications for bail were made. Judge Charles Wide remanded both back into custody and the case was adjourned until April 7.
