Lottie Bowater from the Isle of Wight has become the new face of Freshlook after beating off competition from nearly 3,500 other young women in the Ciba Vision contest.
The competition was designed to raise the profile of coloured contact lenses among young women and find a model to front Freshlook campaigns in 2007. Entry was through Cosmopolitan magazine, a digital campaign on MSN, Lycos, New Woman & More Magazine and leaflets in practice.
Around 200 girls were shortlisted to attend judging days in London and Manchester where they were quizzed by a judging panel. The The 20-year-old musician will receive a model contract with top agency Premier Model Management, and a portfolio worth £1,000
