New Dimensions to FreshLook

Ciba Vision has given its FreshLook cosmetic contact lenses a makeover with the introduction of new colours and packaging design so that users view the lenses in a different light.

The reasoning behind the change in packaging is to make patients think of the lenses more as cosmetic fashion items than corrective products. The packaging will include metallic inks, a new logo and a designer feel.
The FreshLook range itself has also been expanded with the addition of FreshLook Dimensions for people with pale eyes. About half the population have pale eyes and these lenses are designed to make pale eyes look bigger, brighter and deeper. The lenses use a charcoal outer layer plus translucent colours to achieve their effect. Dimensions come in Pacific blue, Sea green and Caribbean aqua.
The FreshlLook ColorBlends range has also been extended to include two new colours. Pure hazel and True sapphire have been added to the range, bringing the total number of FreshLook colours to 22.
Joanne Thorne, marketing manager for FreshLook, said almost everyone was concerned about the way they looked and that the potential for coloured contact lenses had never been greater.
