Ocuco to expand team

Software supplier Ocuco has announced plans to expand its team of engineers to help manage growth in the optical market.

It was adding to its professional services team, to deliver training and consultancy to optical practices in the US, UK and Ireland, with six positions open to engineers and those with optical industry experience.

Ocuco said it has invested heavily in training programs for its engineers in the past two years, with around 170 now employed.

Leo MacCanna, CEO of Ocuco, said: ‘Our standards are very high, we take on engineers and provide a high level of training to suit their role in this industry. All our trainers are FETAC certified trainers, all under go WCSM training courses as well as other training in agile methodologies and product management.’
