Optical Express revisits laser surgery scheme

In a repeat of its 2013 scheme, multiple Optical Express has offered complimentary laser eye surgery to optometrists, dispensing opticians, ophthalmologists and those studying towards a relevant qualifications.

Nearly 1,000 ECPs took up the offer of free treatment in 2013 and 94 per cent said the experience had changed the way in which they would discuss corrective surgery with their own patients. In addition, 95 per cent said that they would recommend it to their friends and family and 98 per cent said that they were either very satisfied or satisfied with the care they received.
