Optician editor, Chris Bennett, is redoubling his efforts this year to raise money in the Optician summer charity challenge for Blind Veterans UK.
During the month of July Bennett will first take part in the Fambridge Half Iron Triathlon which consists of a 1.9km run, a 90km cycle and an 18km off road run. Later on in the month he will also take part in the Prudential Ride London, a 100-mile road cycle starting at London’s Olympic Park stretching out into the Surrey hills before returning to the capital to finish on the Mall.
