Nearly 40 optical folk cycled across the Yorkshire dales on Sunday in support of Optometry Giving Sight.
The event was the culmination of a week of activity by Optoms Cycling for Sight in its support for OGS’s World Sight Day Challenge.
The day was organised by training provider Perceptive which also offered Continuing Education and Training points through peer review and a poster quiz during the day.
While some of the group cycled the full 190kms from Leeds others opted for a more civilised 100 or 50kms to the finish in Harrogate. The day was rounded off with a barbecue and more CET.
