New desktop device from Optos features new indocyanine green angiography modality for diagnosis and management of conditions such as neovascular AMD
Optos has unveiled the California retinal imaging device, the second product on its ultra-widefield imaging platform.
The compact desktop device was said to offer greater imaging functionality and has introduced a new imaging modality, indocyanine green angiography, used for imaging the choroidal vasculature, which Optos said was the key in the diagnosis, management and treatment of certain conditions such as neovascular AMD and disorders with choroidal neovascular membranes.
