ProDesign and Face à Face merge

Danish frame company ProDesign International and Face à Face parent company Architectures SAS have announced the merger of their companies under private equity fund Erhvervsinvest.

Each entity would remain independent and Architectures founders Pascal Jaulent and Nadine Roth would continue as shareholders in the joint company and would remain the driving forces in Architectures.

A joint statement said that the merger of the companies would allow each to accelerate thàeir development and the group to become a strong player on the market of independent designer brands. It added that ProDesign and Architectures were both showing strong growth, with respective sales of 95 per cent and 85 per cent on export markets. Expected sales for the new group for 2014 were €40m.
