    IC! Berlin expands

  • Fuller eye sizes characterise the latest lines from IC! Berlin.

The target age group has also been expanded to the over-40s in response to demand for bifocals in corrective frames, said the company.

Among the sunglass collection, the Natascha model (pictured) has a prominent concave bridge-piece and extrovert shape for an 'extreme accelerated look'. The company said the model's tight figure-eight curve ensured a comfortable fit and unimpeded field of view.

The Janitschka is described as having an 'intensified glam-effect', while the bulging bubble form of the Chihiro, designed by Wolfgang Proksch
allows for 'optical, UV and wind protection'.

The prescription collection includes Nuray, one of the over-40s models. It is especially well-suited for bifocals, said the company, and offers a wide view plane and high comfort factor. Julie is described as a classic women's model, Ivan is 'ultra-small', while Simon is 'sharp, large and self-confident'.
