Replay simplifies CET process

CET provider Replay Learning has launched a new website (www.replaylearning.com) for improved customer service.

Central to the site is an online booking facility which allows delegates to book conferences or manage their subscriptions to virtual lectures quickly and easily.

'We've really worked hard over the last few months to make sure we are offering our customers the best possible advice regarding CET generally as well as the most appropriate CET solutions. Our new website is part of that strategy. Anyone can register online for free to receive regular CET updates by email,' said Replay director Peter Charlesworth.

The website is the 'front end' of an online customer database which allows Replay customers to manage their details online and review how many CET points they have earned. It automatically updates users' CET accounts on the CEToptics website on completing a virtual lecture.
