
Eye health and eye care, skills and tools for life, and getting around were the three key focus areas of the Royal National Institute for Blind People’s (RNIB) latest three-year strategy.
The focus areas were intended to support the charity’s five secondary impact areas, including employment and financial inclusion, education and habilitation, leisure and volunteering, relationships and social networks and changing society.
To achieve its goals, and in light of reduced charitable giving amidst the cost-of-living crisis, the RNIB would implement organisational changes over the next six months and promised to remain transparent with staff, partners and stakeholders.
