Rodenstock holds UK training days

Rodenstock recently held a series of sales training events, one day of which was dedicated to Barracloughs the Opticians, which closed its practices to allow staff to attend the event at Dean Place Hotel, Alfriston, East Sussex.

The training was hosted by Martin Gross, who specialises in coaching practitioners to best assess patient needs and meet their eyecare requirements.

Jeremy Heynes, managing director of Barracloughs the Opticians said: ‘Closing our practices for an afternoon demonstrates the importance we place on training for both our professional and support staff. The training went incredibly well and everyone got something out of it. The presentation was perfectly pitched and was considered the best training event we have had.’
