Royal College of Ophthalmologists elects new president

Current vice president of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists Mike Burdon has been appointed as the college’s next president.

Burdon, who also chairs the scientific committee, will take over the three year role from Carrie McEwan in May.

The college’s council and trustees have congratulated Burdon on his new positon.
