Safilo releases FordÕs YSL range

Italian designer name and own-label frame and sunglass manufacturer Safilo has released the latest Yves Saint Laurent sunglass collection for men and women.
Designed by creative director Tom Ford, the new collection features 25 styles. Several of them have already been featured on the YSL Rive Gauche runway because they are bold but simply designed.
Safilo says the sleek, straightforward lines are designed to complement men and women. The moulded plastic and metal frames have lenses in shades of inky black, dark chocolate, rich plum, mirrored chrome or transparent that shades to grey.
There is also a new streamlined version of the houseÕs iconic rectangular black plastic frames, which are reinvented as sunglasses in Optyl. Optyl is also used to shape a series of mask frames, inspired by ski goggles.
