School visit for B+L

Eye health

MP for Kingston and Surbiton Edward Davey and a group of Year 5 children from nearby St Agatha’s Catholic Primary School recently joined Bausch+Lomb at its offices in Kingston upon Thames.

Davey was there to present Kerrie Buignet and Matthew Halls with certificates of excellence in recognition of the significant contribution that they have made to the company’s business during their 12-month apprenticeships.

Children from St Agatha’s (pictured) participated in a Healthy Eyes workshop on the biology of the eye and importance of eye tests, and visited the on-site eye clinic to see what an eye test could show about general health.
