Trade show exhibitors warned about signing up to international show guides
Trade show exhibitors have been warned about the potential financial perils of signing up to international show guides following an invitation sent to Optician.
The International Fairs Directory, which claims to operate out of Uruguay, submitted a request for company information for a show guide entry for Optrafair. Hidden in the terms and conditions was a clause stating an annual invoice for €1,212 would be issued for three years.
Optician want to make it clear that neither it, Optrafair or the Mark Allen Group have any association with the International Fairs Directory.
