SpaMedica wins highest IIP accolade

Global HR body Investors in People (IIP) awarded eye health provider SpaMedica its We Invest in People Platinum accreditation, an accolade shared by just 7% of IIP member organisations globally.

SpaMedica was now in the top 450 companies to work for across all sectors worldwide, according to IIP ratings, with recognition for its ‘remarkable effort’ in supporting and developing employees. 

Jo-Anne Ratcliffe, chief people officer at SpaMedica, said: ‘Colleagues tell us they feel valued for their hard work – through smaller things like lunches and internal recognition schemes, as well as ongoing career support, where they have the opportunity to develop their skills and confidence through internal development programmes.’
