Oliver Spandow has been appointed general manager of Johnson & Johnson Vision Care and will take control of the company's interests in the UK and Ireland.
Spandow joined J&J in 1999 within the finance groups at subsidiary company McNeil Consumer Healthcare before moving to Johnson & Johnson Vision Care in 2004 as director of finance. Most recently, he served as vice president, commercial operations and strategy for another subsidiary, Vistakon in the US.
Spandow said: 'I look forward to working closely with UK eye care professionals to ensure that they are supported in the best means possible by the Johnson & Johnson Vision Care team.'
