Specialty contact lens supplier Six Six Contacts has reached agreement with SpecialEyes to distribute its range of custom-made, precision-fit toric, multifocal and toric multifocal contact lenses.
SpecialEyes were designed for contact lens wearers with high refractive errors experiencing comfort, fit, or visual-acuity issues with a commodity contact lens, a statement said.
They were also for those with large or small corneas, steep or flat, sensitivity to axis-cylinder misalignment, and presbyopic patients unsuccessful with commodity multifocal contact lenses.
Graham Avery, managing director of Six Six Contacts, said: ‘I am excited about offering a new fitting approach that provides a precision fitted lens and bespoke vision that will help to reduce patient contact lens drop out.’
