A Specsavers practice took a step back in time to celebrate its 30th anniversary earlier this month.
The multiple’s Reading branch parked a replica of the iconic DeLorean time machine which featured in the Back to the Future film trilogy.
Staff also played host to a dance troupe performing songs from the 1980s, and handed out party bags to shoppers.
Specsavers Reading store director Don Watts said: ‘We wanted to pay homage to the year when the store first opened. What better way than to have such a memorable piece of movie history – Marty McFly and Doc Brown’s chosen form of transport – right outside of our store.’
