
A Specsavers practice in Wells, Somerset, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Kim Bingham as retail director and Louise Doherty as practice director.
Doherty brought 20 years of experience as a locum optometrist, with the past 13 years spent working across the South West.
Kim Bingham joined with a 21-year tenure at Specsavers, including 12 years as a practice owner in New Zealand, where she directed practices in Auckland and later Dunedin.
Commenting on her new position, Doherty said: ‘Taking on this new role is an opportunity to make an even greater impact by ensuring our community has access to the best possible eyecare.
