Transitions launch Healthy Sight Institute

On October 31 at the Silmo exhibition in Paris, Transitions Optical unveiled the Healthy Sight Institute, an education and learning resource for health and vision care professionals.

Guided by a multidisciplinary global steering committee of more than 25 health and eyecare professionals, the Institute will provide preventative eye health and vision care information and resources including a website, http://healthysightinstitute.com/

These will include clinical updates and publications, professional continuing education courses and public education tools to raise awareness of eye health issues such as visual acuity, glare, medication interaction, cosmetic concerns, UV damage, eye disease and occupational factors. All materials are downloadable from the website free of charge.
