Transitions Optical has announced two changes within its global strategic marketing organisation.

Transitions Optical has announced two changes within its global strategic marketing organisation.

Cliona Curran, the company's former global supply chain director since 2005, was appointed the new director of global business insights. Prior to joining Transitions Optical, Curran worked for Digital Equipment Corp and later at Bausch & Lomb.

Former director of global education and training, Denis Fisk has assumed the newly created role of director of global brand marketing in which he will be responsible for, among other duties, developing the Activated by Transitions sun lens brand.

Senior vice president of Transitions' global marketing department, Bette Zaret, commented: 'We are thankful that he will continue to provide his wide range of talents to this new and enhanced role.'
