The Yorkshire Optical Society has launched a new website at www.yos.org.uk.
The site features a range of services for local practitioners such as events, news and history. It also has an area called eyebay which it hopes will become a trading area for equipment and jobs. The YOS prize for the highest average results among undergraduates at Bradford University was awarded to Jodi Beckton.
