Carl Zeiss Vision is launching a new range of products and product names for its Zeiss portfolio to celebrate 100 years in business.
The company said that the new names would be consumer-oriented, easy to understand, self-explanatory and performance related.
The portfolio will be released in March, with two new progressive lens designs which Zeiss said would provide dispensers with a broad spectrum of innovative solutions for enhanced vision, ranging from easy-to-handle options to optimally individualised lenses.
A new suite of office lenses will be introduced, from a Zeiss 'enhanced reading' lens to an 'indoor progressive' - office lenses with new technology so that they can be customised to the patient's needs.
