The arrival of VSP onto UK soil has been relatively low key considering the potential it has to change the marketplace.
Although eye care plans and employee sight test schemes are less commonplace in the UK than the US, where VSP predominantly operates, it will be interesting to see how the story unfolds from here.
With strong buying power through its Marchon unit and experience in the insurance sector, VSP is bound to turn some heads in the independent sector.
