Luxottica invited Optician along to a press day for its spring/summer 2015 collections this week. The crystals of Versace, tints of Ray-Ban, studs of Prada plus use of felt, denim, wood, textures and even scarves within the group’s portfolio of brands demonstrated how the evolution of frame design is not lacking in variation.
Indeed, although thirty-something men in formal suits (click below) are probably not the ideal advert for new products it wasn’t long before pictures of Optician staff wearing sunglasses inside a chilly Somerset House were being spread on Twitter.
